Name Day

Namings are a very personal way of formally presenting your child to the community, friends and family.

With your input, together we can create a ceremony which is personal and revolves around your child.

You can include Guardians, Parents, Grandparents and Siblings in the ceremony by involving them with readings, scattering of petals, lighting of candles just to name a few. The participation of these special people in the ceremony acknowledges their responsibility to pledge their commitment to the future development of your child.

The ceremony varies from 15 to 30 minutes depending upon the ceremony you have selected.

Certificates are presented at the Ceremony to Parents, Godparents and Guardians.

At the end of the ceremony you will be presented with a booklet with your child’s personal details included as a keepsake for your child on their special day.

Other certificates can be organised for your celebration to give to those you may wish to acknowledge such as a Sibling, Grandparent or Uncle and Aunt. There will be an additional fee for this request.
