 I can assist you in arranging a ceremony if you would like to get married in Sydney or the Sydney metropolitan area..

Visitors are able to be married in Sydney by producing their overseas passports or original birth certificates. (Translation into English by the authorised authority will apply)

If one partner is Australian, the Australian partner will need their Australian Birth Certificate. Applications can be made directly to Births, Deaths and Marriages for this certificate. If a divorce for either party has occurred, the original divorce papers are required. (Translation into English by the authorised authority will apply)

For your marriage to be recognised in your own country you may need an Apostle Stamp. Further information on this can be found on the Attorney General's website. i will assist you with this information if required.
