Ceremony Information

You can choose the ceremony that both of you would like on your wedding day. Ceremonies can be anything that you wish…….as flamboyant or as simple as you wish.

I will work with you to plan the ceremony that you would like. You may have something in mind or you may wish to mix and match from the variety of introductions, vows, ring exchanges, rituals and closings that I can provide you with. As well as the selections mentioned, Ihave many examples of complete ceremonies to choose from. I will personalise your selection or work with you to write a completely personalised service, the choice is yours.

The length of your ceremony can be discussed with you on your initial appointment. Your ceremony can be as short or as long as you desire however I recommend a minimum of 20 minutes.

Music

Music always adds a nice touch to a ceremony. You can use music during the:
Prelude (when guests are waiting for the ceremony to start)
The Processional (when the wedding party enters)
The Interlude (for the signing of the register and rituals)
The Ressional (the exit of the bride and groom at the end of the ceremony)
Music can also be played at the end of the service when people are giving their congratulations to the bride and groom.

My PA system has up to three speakers that can be used for larger weddings with a portable CD player included.

At our intial meeting, I will provide you with a CD with a list of popular song choices you may like to choose from. These are a guide only. You will need to supply me with a CD with the music in the order you would like it played. You can discuss this with me on your initial appointment.

Copyright conditions apply to music played outside of the wedding service.

Family

Family and friends can be included in your ceremony if you chose. Family or friends may take part in your service by performing readings, acting as you witnesses or assisting with rituals.

Children from a previous marriage may also be included. I will work with you to assist you with the inclusion of any family and friends in your ceremony if you wish to. There are a variety of scenarios that you can view on your initial meeting with me that may help you in your selection.
